Dr. Usman Ramzan, M.D. was born in Boston, MA and grew up in Milford, CT. Dr. Ramzan attended Boston University and received his undergraduate degree in Biology Magna Cum Laude. He then went on to Boston University School of Medicine and received his m.D. with high honors in both his surgery and medicine clerkships. He culminated his training by attending Brown University's School of Medicine's Internal Medicine Residency and then followed that with 6 months of training in Pulmonary/Critical Care at Thomas Jefferson Medical School. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a certified medical examiner for DOT/CDL physicals. Dr. Ramzan has a combined 19 years of experience in primary care, pulmonary/critical care, urgent care and addiction medicine. He has been medical director and CMO with major organizations in CT. He also was a private owner of an urgent care and concierge practice. Taking care of patients with addiction is both a professional and personal endeavor close to Dr. Ramzan's heart which he enjoys doing with CT Addiction Medicine, LLC.
